Sinfonia Concert
The Sinfonia de l’Ouest, under the artistic direction of Stewart Grant, will present their final concert of the season at St. Columba on Saturday, May 4 at 8 pm.
The concert will feature Mozart’s Piano Concerto no. 21 – a masterpiece made widely popular by its inclusion in the 1967 movie “Elvira Madigan”. The concert will also include Haydn’s Symphony no. 85 (“La Reine”), Beethoven’s Romance no. 2 for violin and orchestra, and the Symphonie estrienne by the Sinfonia’s Conductor and Artistic Director, Stewart Grant.
Tickets for the concert are available at the door and online at $30 for general admission, $25 for seniors and $15 for students. Children 12 years old and younger are free. Donations will be collected for Ukraine.
