Northern Voyage: Music by Women Composers
On Saturday, November 7 at 7:30 pm, join Ottawa-based violinist Laura Nerenberg and pianist Thomas Annand on a voyage through a musical landscape by women composers from Canada, Croatia, Scotland, Sweden and the U.S. This talented duo will explore these fascinating composers’ connection to nature and to the human condition. Each of these women share their unique relationship to the world around —from the whimsical to the most profound. Here is a very short musical excerpt from a much longer piece that the duo will perform.
