In the book ‘A is for Alabaster’, Anna Carter Florence goes through the alphabet (for Hebrew Scriptures then again for New Testament) and she explores with storytelling and humour one less well known character, event or living thing in a story starting with that particular letter (eg. S is for Shipwreck, V is for Vashti). A fun way to explore Scripture, it helps us to see it from a different angle, and how it relates to our lives, whether you are new to Bible study or would enjoy a refresher!
