Autumn Colours
On Saturday, October 3 at 7:30 pm, we begin our 30th season with a unique and exciting concert highlighting virtuoso and lyrical piano music by Chopin, Scarlatti, Florence Price, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor. Nathaniel Dett, and more. Toronto-based pianist Luke Welch is a leading figure in the promotion and performance of music by composers of colour. Suggested donation, $20; free for kids. A portion of the concert proceeds will be given to Youth Unlimited LaCorde – Pierrefonds, which offers meals and after-school programs to elementary school students.
